From the moment I contacted Venicia to assist me after a surgery, I felt her care and warmth coming through. She was very responsive and always checking in on how I was doing/if I needed any sort of assistance. We did an extensive interview where she listened attentively to what sort of help I would need. 

Venicia was punctual, dependable, and, more than anything, kind. In a difficult time, her warmth will assist you in whatever you are going through. She offered to cook for me and check in twice a day, even though it meant she would have to commute to my location twice. She reassured me, especially since I was visiting LA from Hawaii with no support system.

Venicia joined our team in the later weeks of care for my friend who was in hospice for cancer.  She was cheerful, kind, highly proficient and flexible with the obstacles that occurred.  Venicia went above and beyond doing what needed to be done.  Coming in last minute, changing shifts and staying late.  She is caring and trustworthy.

Venicia helped care for my aunt in the end stages of her battle with cancer. She went above and beyond the parameters of her duties. She is kind and skilled and always has a smile on her face- she brought light into the household and we became like a family. After my aunt died, her partner needed care after having surgery. Venicia stepped up and did that as well. I hope to have as good end-of-life care as she provided for my aunt.

Venecia is the perfect balance of professional and hospitable. She treated my mom with with utmost respect and care as if she were her own.
