About Venessa

I started caring for seniors when I decided to change from my career in office management. I really enjoy caring for others and I feel that I can make a difference. I can relate to disabilities that others may have. I was unable to care for myself and relied on others several years ago. I have an understanding of what that may feel like and how I'd want to be treated. I'd describe my personality as outgoing, caring and attentive. In my personal time I enjoy golfing, thrift stores, garage sales, kayaking and spending time with my mom. My experience is in dementia, facility care and Homecare. My certifications are as follows: Homecare Aide - Certified (HCA-C) Medical Assistant Phlebotomist (MA-P) Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Massage Therapist (pending) CPR/First Aid- American Heart Association Emergency Medical Technician (NREMT pending)
