I've served as a program administrator providing over 15 years of services to adults. I have also worked in various roles within early childhood education. I approach every day with patience, empathy, and a detail-oriented mindset. Whether I am assisting with personal care, managing medications, preparing meals, homework, or providing transportation, I focus on creating a comfortable, secure environment for your loved one. I am skilled at adapting to changing routines and de-escalating stressful situations with a calm demeanor. I maintain First Aid Training and keep families informed through daily reports or your preferred method of communication.
