Very attentive and aware of my mom’s needs. On several occasions she alerted our family that mom had new symptoms and needed immediate attention which was life saving. Since mom was in Assisted Living, Vattana was a great liaison between the aides there and my mom. She assisted mom to a weekly pray service that was very important to her. She made sure mom was able to attend social events. She did meal plans and confirmed mom had three meals a day. My mom was very attached to her and she was like a family member taking care of her.
