"Hi - My name is Varshay & I'm currently an actress. I graduated from UNC Charlotte with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology, and a minor in Religious studies. I have always been passionate about working with children. I've been watching children since I was 16 and I truly love it. I started watching family member's children & then family friends & neighbors. Since then I've had experience in caring for infants to teenagers & even the elderly. I've also had experience in working in a daycare center as well. With my experience I am able to provide exciting & fun learning techniques, social & behavioral skills, and nurturing care. As a Christian I do indeed believe that children are a gift from the Lord. Regardless my personal belief I am very understanding & respectful of all religions, practices or beliefs. We cannot say enough about Varshay! She truly loves working with children and it shows. She is patient and sweet.  She is reliable and it is a joy working with her. 

Varshay is a fantastic nanny for our 3yr old daughter and 1.5yr old son. She plans activities for them, keeps them on schedule, and gives them a lot of love and care throughout the day. She also helps with light house keeping activities. She’s responsive and great to work with - we are so glad we found her!

Varshay is amazing. Both our 4.5 yo and 2 yo love her. The eldest can be a tough customer and only want Mommy, but Varshay patiently earned her trust to the point it’s like “who’s Mommy?”

Varshay balances energy and creativity (they’re always doing crafts or fun activities) with structure. She holds the line and doesn’t let them just do whatever they want. If I say bedtime is at 8, Varshay has her in bed on time.

Varshay is amazing! She’s truly been a blessing to my family. She not only cares for my children but loves them as well & it shows & is felt by my children. Varshay is AMAZING! The most reliable and trustworthy nanny I have ever had. I wish I could keep her forever, but unfortunately my family and I had to relocate. She cared for my child like her own. My daughter loves her very much! She is so helpful and engaging with kids. She’s the best! 

Varshay is dependable, great communication, and most importantly so so sweet to our daughter. We are doing at home learning, so Varshay was able to help out with some lessons.

Varshay helped us by watching our little one. She was great and even replicated the choo! choo! noises our son makes. This was a stressless interaction for which we would glady do again. 

Varshay was absolutely wonderful with my children! She was punctual,  attentive,  caring and creative! They really enjoyed the time they spent ith her!

Varshay was late every day that we had her come. Overall lacking in flexibility and quite intense not in the good way for us. But overall she is probably a better nanny than a lot of others on care.com

If it wasn't for her own relocation, Varshay would still be with us. She was great with our two special-needs boys. Very patient, dependable, and fun. She exposed our boys to a lot of outside activities.. she will definitely be missed.

Varshay is awesome. She really became part of our family. She was great about maintaining any boundaries we set with our kid, she thought of lots of fun activities, and she was super communicative. We’d still be working with her if she hadn’t moved!

I just recently had Varshay watch my infant. She was super! Sweet and soft personality, made it comforting to have her watch my son. She was on time and communicative. It was easy to choose Varshay again to watch my boy. Highly recommend.

Varshay did a good job helping us with our 2-yr old son.  While we worked from home, she helped to keep him engaged with activities and in bed for his daily nap.

Varshay is great to work with. She was warm, personable, and enthusiastic. She made it easy for our kids to like her. Always smiling and giving them the energy and attention they need. She was reliable, and we felt safe having her drive our kids around to their activities. We highly recommend her!
