About Varsana

Over the past 3 years as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), I have provided high-quality, compassionate care to patients. My responsibilities included assisting patients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding, always ensuring dignity and respect. I monitored vital signs temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration and promptly reported any changes in condition to nursing staff. I also supported mobility and physical therapy routines, helped prevent falls, and transferred patients safely using proper techniques and equipment. In addition to physical care, I offered emotional support and companionship, building trust and rapport with patients and their families. I maintained accurate documentation, followed care plans, and worked closely with nurses and healthcare teams to provide seamless, patient-centered care. Infection control, HIPAA compliance, and maintaining a clean, safe environment were daily priorities.
