I have 250 ECE units that I have completed. Six of the 250 are Administration units, and 3 are Adult Supervision. I have a valid Program Directors Permit and a Site Supervisor Permit from The California Commission on Teacher Credentialing. I have 2 AA Degrees in Early Childhood Education From El Camino College. I have a BA/MA Degree from Ashford University in ECE. I have taken the Step 1 and Step 2 classes from Licensing. I have taken and completed a PITC course that is new and focuses specifically on Infant/Toddler care. I am also bilingual I speak, read, and write Spanish fluently. I'm not only experienced, I also have a genuine passion for teaching, supervising, directing, and assisting not only children but their families and the community as well. Vanise is wonderful in every way. She is a highly educated and experienced caregiver and teacher.  My now 10 month old son smiles so big and crawls over whenever Aunt Nina walks in the door. My wife and I hired Vanise in Jan 2023 when we both returned to work. Our son was 5 months old and we were lucky enough to work from home where we can engage with him on a daily basis. From the start, Vanise took initiative and took great care of our son, keeping him on his schedule (which was very important to us) and prioritizing his naps and feeding. We were confident in her given her experience and background in caring for children of many ages. She provides us with detailed logs so that we know all that went on throughout the day and also makes it easy for us to take over in the evenings after she leaves. We love being able to interact with our son at home while he's so young and also knowing he's in great care. 

Vanise has worked with our 6 month old son for a month and we’ve loved her ability to take initiative with whatever he needs. My husband and I work from home and we’ve been able to easily transition back to work without worrying about our son’s care. She brings years of skills, great energy, and such care to everything she does with him. We’re really lucky to have her as our nanny!

Vanise help us a lot with laundry and dishes. She love to prepare breakfast for my son before he wakes up. She like my son to be independent. I would also recommend her if you have a 8 year old

I have been BEYOND overwhelmed and my child starting school was the icing on the cake! Childcare has been one of my biggest challenges but Vanise has come in and changed things! She has truly lifted mine and my child's spirits! Not only is she flexible and punctual, but very understanding and professional! She has the perfect mother's touch. I was worried about hiring someone new but she is well qualified and reassured me that she is more than capable of assisting me. My wife and I were in a tough spot when we found out our day care couldn't watch our son the week that our second was due. Vanise stepped in on short notice and was wonderful. She watched our son (who can be a handful) with no issues, and by the end of the day he was asking us to bring her back!

Our 8 month old son is highly energetic and "spirited" and naps have never been his strong suit.  Vanise was able to get him to nap for several naps for more than 2 hours and got him on schedule through the time change for Daylight Saving. She has become a part of our family and loves J. as if he were a part of her family. I can't sing her praises enough!
