About Vanessa

Hola, Soy Vanessa! I'm native spanish speaker from México with a background in psychology and experience working with children and adolescents. I'd love to help students improve their spanish in a relaxed and engaging way. Working on conversation, or need support with schoolwork. I'd describe my personality as creative, responsable and, patient I like tutoring because I love helping students feel confident when they are trying to speak another language. I'm looking for a job where I am respected, where I have fun doing what I love, and where my students learn from me. I started tutoring when I was working in a college (in México) 5 years ago. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my friends, play basketball and read books in english. One thing you should know about me is I'm very patient, and caring person who enjoys working with children and helphing them feel comfortable and supported. My skills include active listening, feedback, practical conversations.
