About Vanessa

I'd describe my personality as bubbly, joyful, and creative! I like working with kids because they inspire me to be a better person. I love watching kids interact, imagine, create, and develop life skills before my very eyes. They remind me to slow down and enjoy the little things in life! I started working with kids when I was 15. My experience ranges from working as a bilingual summer camp counselor in Spain and as a substitute educational assistant in the Neenah School District. In my spare time, I like to make music, serve at my home church, and enjoy time with my friends! One thing you should know about me is that I am super flexible to children's routines and particular needs! I am very easy going, and can easily adapt to their needs. I also have experience working with special needs children, and am able to handle the challenges that can arise in those situations.
