Vanessa saved the day after our nanny called out sick. She was punctual and on from the moment she walked through the door. My toddler was fussy the entire day, and she was patient with him, engaging, and energetic. She kept him busy and they worked on his skills. During nap time she tidied up and even cleaned more than we asked. Would absolutely have her back :)
