About Vanessa

I've been caring for children since I was 18, and over the years I've had the opportunity to work with several wonderful families long-term, caring for little ones from 6 months through 10 years old. I truly believe childcare is about so much more than simply keeping kids safe and entertained. I love creating an environment where children feel comfortable, cared for, and encouraged to be themselves while also helping them learn, explore, and grow. I enjoy planning mentally stimulating activities, getting outside and staying active, and finding fun ways to keep little minds engaged. When needed, I'm also happy to help with preparing healthy, satisfying meals and snacks. I also know that inviting someone into your home and trusting them with your children is a big responsibility, and it's something I take very seriously. I want parents to feel confident knowing their children are in caring, attentive hands and that I'm someone they can genuinely rely on :)
