About Vanessa

Helping kids learn how to read, reading comprehension, spelling, grammar. Etc I'd describe my personality as organized, compassionate, enjoy seeing kids understand and grow in confidence. I like tutoring because teaching is a passion of mine, as well as confidence building in children. I'm looking for a job that is rewarding and Consistent. I started tutoring when I was in 2nd grade. There was a school program called the reading buddy club, an excellent reader was paired with another student having difficulty. We met in the school library and worked together. A few times a week. That's when I learned I could help others. In my spare time, I like to read, practice guitar, practice Spanish, work with my dogs. My skills include reading, writing, spelling, and even speech.
