About Vanessa

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, motivated, & caring. I like working with kids because being able to set a good example and getting to help them means a lot to me, especially because I have a kid. I'm looking for a job that allows me to have my 1 yr old with me. Other than that I'm pretty lenient as to what the job entails. I started working with kids when I was 13. My family owned a daycare so I've always been around kids of all ages. In my spare time I like to go on walks, explore downtown and spend time with my family. One thing you should know about me is I've always been passionate about being able to play a role in kid's lives. Whether it's a date night once a month, babysitting, or one day becoming a L&D nurse or teacher, knowing I get to be apart of big or small moments in a kid's life at any age means a lot to me. My skills include great communication, empathizing with & understanding children, & patience with children especially in high stress situations.
