Vanessa has been the best nanny to our son! She started with us when our son was 6 months old and watched him for a year now. She is very attentive, present, loving, and has a very calming presence. She always gives great suggestions when we had questions on development, milestones etc and at first time parents she put us at ease. We really appreciated her attention to detail and observations on our son's changes in appetite, sleep, or mood. Lastly, we were so impressed that our son was not exposed to any screen time while under her care so he could really focus on being outside in nature. We wanted someone who could speak Spanish to our son and it's been so useful for him to have that constant exposure. Vanessa also helps with light cleaning and organizing as needed. We wish we would be able to keep Vanessa for ever but we are transitioning our son to Montessori school (otherwise, trust me we would if we could!). We 100% recommend Vanessa to anyone who is looking for a caring, dependable child care provider!
