Vanessa came into our lives when our son was 11-months old. She has cared for our son for just under six months, but it feels like she has been in our lives forever. Vanessa is patient, loving, and engaging with our son. There is nothing like working in the next room and hearing giggles next door from your child playing w their nanny. I have even heard her tell him that she loves him on multiple occasions. Not only is Vanessa wonderful with kids, but she is delightful to be around. We enjoy her company and conversation. She is also incredibly close with her family and values being a good person - she's a wonderful example for our child to learn from. For such a young adult she is extremely mature and hard working. When we learned she and her family were unexpectedly moving out of state, we knew it would be incredibly difficult to find her replacement. We will miss Vanessa working for us, but love that we have made a life friend for both our son and us to stay connected with. We wish Vanessa all the happiness and success in her future chapters. Would hire her back in a heartbeat!!!
