About Vanessa

With nine years of experience nurturing young minds, I'm passionate about making a positive impact on children's lives and supporting families. My background includes some college, coursework in Early Child Development, and experience as a Certified Teacher. I am currently a full time college student to complete my BA in multiple- subject / minor in Spanish and looking for a summer job. I hold current First Aid Training and CPR Training. Parents appreciate my calm and patient demeanor. I always follow their lead when enforcing household rules and communicate updates using their preferred method. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games with children. I'm comfortable caring for one child and happy to help with cooking, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision. I'm eager to learn how I can bring my dedication and skills to your family and would love to help those who need an extra hand occasionally or need a night out!
