About Vanessa

Hello! I'm Vanessa, and I'm originally from Italy. I'm an ex Au Pair who permanently moved to California. So yes, Italian is my first language! I'm reliable, patient, responsible, caring and very open minded. I love the outdoors! I like hiking, climbing, biking and dirt biking, camping... and I really enjoy working with kids. I have 8 years of experience with children from 10-month-old to 9 years old. I've worked in summer camps, hotel's day care, as an Au Pair and also as a regular nanny + family assistant. Based on the age, I enjoying helping kids develop new skills, expanding their vocabulary while keeping it fun and silly when possible. Some of my favorite activities are making puzzles, reading books, playing sports, being creative with paint, playdough, etc. and dance. **PLEASE NOTE**: I'm a psychology student transferring to UC Davis this coming fall.
