**My rate is fixed at $35/hour for babysitting jobs and $32/hour for recurring jobs - for one or two children and not negotiable.**

On my last position, I took care of a baby girl, 4 months old for 11 months and taught her in a Montessori way.

I was a Lead Infant teacher at a Montessori School. I worked there from October 2022 to December 2023 and had 12 children under my care with assistants to supervise. The children were from 6 weeks to 18 months.

In my last nanny long term position, I worked with 2 kids, a boy and a girl. 
Started when the boy was 3 months old and the girl was 3 and a half years old in March 2018 and ended in September 2019 because of my pregnancy. 

I have always taught kids from different ages, teens and adults and I have always had a lot of fun with them!

We were thrilled to have Vanessa take excellent care of our baby and our toddler. We knew they were in very good hands. Vanessa is kind, thoughtful, responsible, and wonderful to have as part of our home and family. Anyone would be lucky to have Vanessa as a caregiver.


Vanessa was the best nanny for my toddler son who didn’t even speak English when they started. She was very patient, meticulous, professional, loving and did go the extra mile for us always. She even made schedule to follow and I absolutely loved that they went outdoors a lot and how she thought him so many things including shapes and colors. She is very “hands on” and will not be sitting on a couch, fully engaged with a child at all times. He the child is “busy” or sleeping, she finds other things to do. Absolutely love her and cannot recommend enough. Lucky is the family who will hire her first!

Vanessa is a wonderful person who took incredible care of our two children. She was always thoughtful, respectful and honest. She has very good judgment and my husband and I always knew our two children were in safe and kind hands. We still keep in touch and I consider her an extended part of our family.

Vanessa was great. My toddler immediately took to her, and even went to sleep for her when he had never been put down by someone outside of our family before! We hired her while attending and out-of-town wedding, but would keep her in our regular rotation if we lived closer! 

Vanessa was punctual.  She kept me updated with on what they were doing.  She kept a calm and patient composure as my daughter was not used to staying with babysitters and did quite a bit of crying.  I felt she was nurturing and gave my daughter the time and space she needed to feel comfortable.

Vanessa is a wonderful addition to any family. She loves children and it shows in her work. She is loyal and always on time. She took care of my daughter and we still have her help us regularly - my daughter adores her and Vanessa loves her back. I highly recommend Vanessa. 

Vanessa is currently our full-time nanny for my 2.5 year old daughter. She started with us shortly after we moved to Westfield, and we are so glad we found her! Vanessa is punctual, professional, and extremely hands-on and warm with children. My daughter absolutely loves her and says goodbye joyfully to me as I leave for work ;). She stands by the window and waits for Vanessa's car to approach the driveway!

Vanessa was a former teacher in Brazil, and brings with her care and compassion as well as the ability to teach my daughter and expand her development. In her few months with us, she has proactively taught my daughter physical (how to alternate her feet walking down the stairs, how to do a forward somersault), practical life (how to put her shoes, socks, and underwear on), and educational (how to draw, how to trace letters and numbers) skills. 

Vanessa is also willing to help out in the kitchen and in tidying up after kids have play dates. She loves active outdoor activities and always likes to get my daughter outside in the sunshine when possible! Recommend her highly!

Vanessa babysat for our 8-year daughter this past Saturday.  She was professional, on-time and very sweet.  While we were out she helped make dinner and played several games with our daughter.  We came home to a quiet house and the next morning our daughter had only great things to say about how much fun she had.  Thanks Vanessa, we'll definitely call you again.

Vanessa was my first find on Care.com and I am glad I lucked out! Our first time I had her come over an hour early so my twin 3 year olds could get to know her. She arrived on time and jumped right in with the kids. We left after 30 minutes because they were having such a great time. We will definitely use her again!

Vanessa is dependable, very prompt with communications, and does a great job interacting with my kids.  My son is already looking forward to the next time she's coming over.  Great job overall, and fantastic personality.

Vanessa watched our 1 month year old so we could get out for a couple hours on the weekend.  She was on time, had no problem caring for the baby, and was very professional.  She was a pleasure to have in the house and the baby seemed very happy.  We plan to have her watch the baby again soon.

Vanessa is our current full time nanny. She cares for our two daughters; one with special needs. She is reliable and responsible. The girls respect her and have a lot of fun with her. She is also very good with our three dogs. I would recommend her to anyone looking for evening or weekend help.

Our boys loved Vanessa!  We hired Vanessa on short notice so that we could have a night out.  She was on time and jumped right into taking care of our 4 and 6 year old.  They loved playing games with her, reading books and playing with the Play-Doh she brought for them.  Our dog even felt comfortable with her right away.  We have only used a babysitter on one other occasion so we were a little nervous.  After meeting Vanessa and showing her around the house we left for our night out feeling very comfortable and at ease.  We will definitely use Vanessa again!

Vanessa is a nice person. She's very responsible,patient,fun,active girl and my kids really enjoy stay with her. I strong recommend her services because I'm definitely can trust on her.

Vanessa babysat for us on 6/27. It was a last-minute Saturday night date-night gig; Vanessa showed up on time and was appropriately dressed. She has a very calm demeanor which settled down our dog right away. She played with our son while we got ready to leave, and it was great to hear his squeals of laughter. He really enjoyed her company and has asked when she will be back. I have no problem asking her back again and think she's a really sweet person who doesn't crack under pressure.

Vanessa was incredibly sweet, and got along with our dog (who can be really challenging)!
