**My rate is fixed at $30/hour for 1 or 2 children and not negotiable.** At my last job, I was a Lead Infant teacher at a Montessori School. I worked there from October 2022 to December 2023 and had 12 children under my care with assistants to supervise. The children were from 6 weeks to 18 months. In my last nanny position, I worked with 2 kids, a boy and a girl. Started when the boy was 3 months old and the girl was 3 and a half years old in March 2018 and ended in September 2019 because of my pregnancy. I still keep in touch with them and they have become amazing friends of mine! I consider them as family. Vanessa was the best nanny for my toddler son who didn’t even speak English when they started. She was very patient, meticulous, professional, loving and did go the extra mile for us always. She even made schedule to follow and I absolutely loved that they went outdoors a lot and how she thought him so many things including shapes and colors. She is very “hands on” and will not be sitting on a couch, fully engaged with a child at all times. He the child is “busy” or sleeping, she finds other things to do. Absolutely love her and cannot recommend enough. Lucky is the family who will hire her first!
