I am a retired accountant, having managed medical specialty clinics for 25+ years. I have a current CPR and First Aid certifications. My approach is friendly and empathetic, prioritizing and investing in every person's unique preferences and history. I'm experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and redirecting attention when needed. I can provide services such as transportation, errands, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and assistance with dementia and mobility. I communicate with families through written daily reports, and I will follow their preferred communication method. Supporting families by providing reliable care is a satisfying experience for me.
