About Vanessa

Caring for and supporting children has been a meaningful part of my life over 11 years. I have experienced working with children through camp, tutoring, homework heroes and professional childcare. For the past two years I have worked professionally with children with special needs giving me experience, supporting different developmental behavior, and communication needs. I have a bachelors degree in psychology and current CPR, First aid and AED training. I'm patient, dependable and creative and I enjoy keeping children engaged through arts, crafts and play. I do have three dogs of my own and chickens so I am comfortable with pets in home. I speak conversational Spanish and can read as well. I'm happy to follow your family routine and household rules with the goal to provide safe positive and caring environment where your child feels comfortable and supported!
