Hi Parents ! Hi My name is Vanessa, and I have over 4 years of childcare experience caring for children from newborns to 13 years old, including children with special needs. I am CPR and First Aid certified and passionate about creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where children can learn and grow. I have experience preparing meals and snacks, helping with homework, organizing educational activities, arts and crafts, outdoor play, bedtime routines, diaper changes, potty training, and maintaining a clean, organized home. I use positive reinforcement to encourage good behavior while building trust and confidence in every child. I am dependable, patient, responsible, and understand the importance of open communication with parents.
