For occasional date nights Vanessa would come over and hang out while my 9 month year old and 2 year old would be sleeping. Rarely did they ever wake up but if they did, Vanessa had a set schedule which we gave her on how to put them back down and if there were snacks or comfort toys the babies needed. She's very reliable and always willing/offering to stay later or come earlier if she can! She never made us feel bad for running a bit late and she kept amazing open communication. Thank you for your help Vanessa and we will definitely be reaching out for more date night nannying!
