About Vanessa

I have extensive experience working with children and families through my work in child welfare and child protective services since 2019. I'd describe my personality as compassionate, determined, and insightful. I like working with kids because they are still developing their understanding of themselves and the world around them. I'm looking for a family that values open communication, kindness, and teamwork. I started working with kids as a teenager through babysitting, Girl Scouts, and multiple summers as a camp counselor. In my spare time, I like watching movies and television, cooking, and caring for my cat, Boba.
