I have been babysitting and nannying since I was 14 years old. During my early college years I nannied full time for a family of five young children (ages 3, 5, 6. 5, 8 and 10 when I started). I would frequently take the children on fun outings and organize activities in the home. I also have experience coaching youth track, soccer and lacrosse, during which time I was responsible for 15+ children at a time. I graduated from UVM (2017) with a degree in Biology, and a minor in chemistry. I am experienced in communicating through American Sign Language, and have experience with special needs children. I love all animals and am perfectly fine working in a home containing pets.

Vanessa has been a wonderful nanny to our daughter. From day one, it was clear that she is comfortable and experienced with infants. 20 min after our 3 month old met her, she was asleep in Vanessa's arms. She has cared for our child for 7 months and we wish it was longer. Vanessa is dependable, patient, caring and has not once put our child in front of a screen. She reads to her, takes her to the library, plays, teaches her baby signs, takes her on walks and helps us stick to a schedule. We are so sad to see her go, but know she will make a great nanny to may other children!
