About Vanessa

Hi there! I'm Vanessa-most kids call me "Nessa." I'm 26 years old and have a true passion for working with children of all ages. Whether it's for a date night or regular care, I bring years of experience as a nanny and sitter through various childcare companies, as well as hands-on experience in a daycare setting. I've also worked as a substitute teacher for Polk County Schools. I began my studies in elementary education but soon realized I thrive most in smaller, more personal environments where I can provide individualized care, attention, and support. I'm currently working as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT), where I have the privilege of supporting children with disabilities by focusing on behavioral goals and developmental progress in a compassionate and caring way.
