To Care.com, I hired Vanessa H. in May to help me with my twin grandchildren age 3 1/2. Vanessa is prompt, conscientious, responsible, and hard working, and polite. She knows how to engage toddlers by getting down on their level and either following their lead or giving them ideas to spark their interest. She has an out-going personality. She seems to really enjoy being with young people and not afraid to play I enjoyed spending time working
