Just what a parent hopes for in a sitter! We have hired Vanessa three times now, and are very impressed with the level of care, and initiative she takes when watching our 10 month old daughter! We always return home to a clean diaper, and Vanessa has taken great initiative to provide a positive engaging atmosphere for our little one. Our daughter wears hearing aids too, so some extra care is needed at times. Vanessa has proven trustworthy and is not afraid to jump in and do whatever is needed. We couldn't be happier to have her around and will definitely be using her again!
