Vanessa is currently working for us full time and she is amazing. Our life situation is having us let go of Vanessa starting September, but if we could have it otherwise, we would have her stay with us. Vanessa is responsible, caring, creative, superbly dependable, patient and is just amazing with our 1.5 year old daughter. We've interviewed many nannies and had one work for us prior to Vanessa - and none instantly bonded with our child like Vanessa did. Vanessa does a lot of fabulous art projects with our daughter, she teaches her about shapes, numbers, etc., she cooks meals whenever I ask her to, she keeps my home clean and is generally someone who I fully trust with my daughter. Vanessa never slacks off and always keeps busy with our daughter, she follows directions exactly and thoroughly. We would highly recommend Vanessa.
