As a healthcare worker with over 12 years experience I run errands, assist with personal care, perform light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I'm also trained in CPR and First Aid. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience and empathy. I communicate with families through daily reports and verbal updates, always respecting their preferred method. Respecting independence is paramount when building connections. I approach every interaction with a friendly and calm demeanor. I have some college experience and I'm comfortable with pets.
