About Vanessa

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Vanessa. If our family still needed childcare, we would keep her forever without hesitation—she is genuinely one of a kind. Vanessa joined our family over two years ago, at a time when our son was three years old and our daughter was just six months old. From the very beginning, she seamlessly became part of our family, earning our complete trust and the love of our children. Vanessa is the perfect balance of professional and deeply nurturing. She brings structure, consistency, and calmness to each day, while also being incredibly warm, patient, and attentive. She instinctively knows when to be firm and set clear boundaries, and when to step back and give the children the freedom to explore, learn, and express themselves. She played an instrumental role in helping both our children—and us as parents—establish and maintain consistent eating, napping, and play routines. Even more impressively, she is by far the best at getting the children to actually follow those routines, making daily transitions smooth and stress-free. Throughout the years, Vanessa has guided our children through many developmental stages and emotional phases with remarkable skill and empathy. We have seen firsthand how her steady presence have helped both of our children grow in confidence, independence, and emotional awareness. One of the many reasons we were so drawn to Vanessa is how active, engaged, and creative she is with the kids. She is constantly researching new places to explore, exciting activities to try, and age-appropriate experiences that enrich their days. She frequently visits arts and crafts stores to find new projects, and she never misses an opportunity to create something meaningful with the children—many of which we now treasure as keepsakes in our home. My husband and I both work from home, and having Vanessa in our space was truly a pleasure. She is respectful, organized, and incredibly easy to work with. Her presence made our workdays easier, knowing our children were not only safe, but thriving, engaged, and cared for by someone who genuinely loves what she does. Any family would be incredibly lucky to have Vanessa care for their children. She is dependable, thoughtful, proactive, and deeply devoted to the families she works with.
