Vanessa is amazing!!! She cared for our dad and mom for 18 months. Mom loved her best of all caregivers because she was gentle, kind, and funny. She always made sure mom’s physical needs were met, she was dressed nice, and she had balanced nutrition. Vanessa has deep knowledge of dementia care as well as physical issues in the elderly. She often noticed things the other caregivers didn’t and she was excellent at communicating and keeping on top of things. I think anybody who has Vanessa as caregiver is very lucky. She is so wonderful and we are so grateful for all she did in the last years of our parents lives.
