I am a compassionate healthcare professional with more than 28 years of experience serving individuals and families in a variety of healthcare settings. My background includes over 20 years as a Medical Assistant, as well as experience as a Medication Technician (Med Tech), home health professional, care coordinator, case manager, and patient advocate. I have worked closely with physicians, nurses, insurance providers, and community agencies to deliver quality, patient-centered care. My experience includes medication administration, clinical support, patient education, chronic disease management, insurance verification, prior authorizations, and care coordination. I have extensive experience working with geriatric patients and assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), while promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life.
