Vanessa worked for our family for About two months. She is so nice, kind and has great morals. However, we had to move on as we could tell she has very little experience. She started out with great energy but that slowly faded. She wouldn't engage in conversation with our son, I.g Didn't ask him how he was or any probing questions. We did discuss this and she said the kids never took to her. It's not a child's responsibility to "take" to a nanny. It'a up to the nanny to engage.
