Vanessa did a great job taking care of my mother. It was tough for my mom to get used to the idea of having a helper in the house at first, but Vanessa handled it extremely professionally and gave her the space to warm up to the idea. After that short transition period they became good friends and Vanessa was always on top of taking care of things around the house and anticipating my mom's needs.
