About Vanessa

Hi there! My name is V (They/Them/Theirs). I've been working with children for the past 8 years in General Childcare (Nanny/Babysitting) as well in Performance Education (Theatre/Dance teacher). My area of specialty is with preschool and kindergarten children ages 2-5, although I am experienced with all ages, infant-high school. I practice Montessori and gentle parenting with all ages. (ie, intentional engagement, encouraging independence, mutual respect, emotional intelligence, boundaries, and empathy) I have experience with Neurodivergence and Mental Health (Autism, ADHD, ODC, Anxiety, Depression).
