Children are my passion! I have many years experience working with children, teens and young adults, from nannying and tutoring to life coaching.
 I am fun and loving and I enjoy doing many things. I ride hoses and love biking everywhere. I love being outdoors in nature.

We've been working with Vanessa for over a year. She has been an incredible asset in helping our son expand his ability, confidence and school performance in writing and reading comprehension. Vanessa understands how to keep kids engaged and tailor her style to a child's needs. We also found her to be helpful with emotional coaching too.  We would wholeheartedly recommend her.

I can’t recommend Vanessa enough. She is a wonderful nanny and guide for our son. She has helped and encouraged him to be confident in himself and his abilities. With her, he’s learned how to express himself with words, how to accomplish daily tasks, how to engage with other children, and experiences all kinds of enriching activities. Vanessa goes above and beyond in everything she does and is an advocate for her charge. She provides helpful suggestions on what he might like to eat and his latest interests, and really takes the time to understand him. He also loves her and we  feel like she’s part of the family. I would highly recommend Vanessa to any family.

I honestly don't even know where to start. Vanessa has literally become family to us! My (now) 2 yr old took to her the minute they met, and my eldest wants Vanessa all to herself. I've been demoted to second favorite :)

I travel for work and I can breathe sighs of relief knowing Vanessa is there to take care of and love my kid(s) because above all else, she is dependable.

Vanessa is the best. She is great with kids of all ages and genuinely cares about their interest and well being. She helps me with afternoon pick up for my two teenagers. They love her and I do. She is dependable, punctual, thoughtful and all around awesome. She routinely keeps me updated on how my middle school and high school kids are doing as she has a great connection with teens.

We were so lucky to have Vanessa caring for two kids under the age of 4 for a year and a half.  From day one, Vanessa was caring and dependable.  She has a natural loving way with children, and our kids bonded to her right away.  She was easily able to follow our kids' routines and adjust to the unexpected situations that arise.  She handled preschool pickup/dropoff, activities and classes for the kids, and household chores including laundry.  Vanessa is energetic and was always thinking of new and fun ways of getting the kids outdoors and having fun.  Any family will be lucky to have her-- she is the kind of caregiver that allows you to be away from your children without worries, knowing 100% they are safe and loved.

Vanessa is the most reliable and helpful nanny we have had! Our little is completely in love with her, and I can honestly say she treats him like her own. She is experienced and trustworthy, fun and nurturing!

Vanessa was always punctual and let us know ahead of time if she needed time off. She genuinely cared for our 2 year old and newborn and she did an awesome job meeting their needs. She took extra care to make sure our newborn was cool enough during the hot summer months by buying a fan for the stroller. We would definitely hire her again if we had the chance. 

Vanessa is a dream come true! She is now our regular sitter, and our whole family loves her. She always responds, is very flexible, and will come last-minute if she can. She is patient and kind-but keeps our rules. She is health-conscious and really engages with our kids, who can be difficult, at five and two years old. Our girls can't wait to see Ms Vanessa, and I never worry about a thing when we leave. Seriously, hire Vanessa-just not when we want her! :)

Vanessa is amazing! She has been helping care for my B/G infant twins for several months now. Vanessa is calm and loving and has the ability to just jump right in with whatever needs done, remains calm in stressful situations of handling two babies who can get grouchy, and has an easy going attitude. You can tell that Vanessa has a passion for caring for children and we're so lucky to have found her! 

We have really enjoyed having Vanessa care for our son. She is on time, trust-worthy, caring and flexible. She clearly has a love for children and always wants them to have the best care. I definitely recommend her! 

Vanessa took care of our family for more than 2 years. We have 3 boys as well as an ongoing total home renovation project .... needless to say, it would get pretty hectic but she took it all in stride. As soon as she walked in she jumped right in with whatever needed to be done: dishes, laundry or picking up toys. She was a nanny for my twins >30 hours/week and oftentimes handled my older son as well. Vanessa engaged the kids and kept them active. She also managed our household, helping with errands, grocery shopping and school pick ups. She has traveled with us and it made the experience almost stress free. She even pitched in as my personal assistant (paying bills, scheduling appointments) at times. Vanessa is kind and fun and the kids all love her, she has become like part of our family. Despite my many offers to adopt her, she remains a free agent. We were heartbroken when she moved back to CA, she would still be working for us if not for that.

Vanessa was a great help with my three boys when they were younger. She was very reliable and helped in many ways. She took care of all three of them from the time they were newborns; changing diapers, holding them and helping with meal preparation. I didn't feed any of my children jarred baby food, so she helped make the food that they ate as well.  She also drove them to and from many activities. As they got older she helped with crafts and homework too.  She even traveled with us on several vacations. She is really good with children of all ages. She is organized and dependable  too. I highly recommend her.
