My name is Vanessa and I have been working alongside families and aiding children in many different settings, from teaching nutritional classes to elementary schools near my Alma mater UCI to talking them through a blood draw at a hospital. I currently work as a phlebotomist at a local hospital, something which I have been doing post college. While I am not cemented in what I wish to do in healthcare quite yet, I am content in knowing that it will involve caring for others. I consider myself to be a creative individual, often painting and sewing. I love to show others how to express themselves through the arts. I would love to aid in helping your children feel encouraged to grow, explore the world around them, and develop their talents. Vanessa is simply amazing. She has been such a reliable nanny to our 2 year old and goes as far as to help prepare his meals, do dishes and light clean up around the house while managing to wrangle and keep our toddler entertained. She has been incredibly flexible with our ever changing schedule and even comes to the rescue when I’ve had VERY last minute schedule changes. She is punctual, communicative, and responds very well to feedback and direction. I would hire her again and again: You will not be disappointed with hiring Vanessa.
