This is for the bad review I got on 5/15, for some reason I can't not respond to the bad review: Safety and communication are very important to me. Before confirming any babysitting job, I always request a quick call and offer to send my references and background. In this case, I asked for the parent's phone number and offered to share my information, but I never received a reply. Without basic communication or a chance to speak beforehand, I didn't feel safe moving forward. I take my work seriously and always strive to act professionally and responsibly.
