About Vanderleia

I have over a decade of experience helping children grow and reach their full potential. My passion for childcare began as a babysitter, where I discovered the joy of nurturing and educating young minds. I am patient, calm, and creative, and enjoy engaging children in both educational and recreational activities. I ensure a safe and structured environment by balancing fun with household rules. I value open communication with parents, providing daily reports or using their preferred method to share updates. Comfortable with newborns to preteens, I can care for up to four children, have my own car, and am pet-friendly. I have worked with several families through Care, supporting some for a year and others for months, often balancing multiple households and schedules. This experience has strengthened my adaptability and organizational skills. Currently, I work full-time Monday to Friday but am also available for extra help on weekends.
