About Vandella

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, patient, resourceful. While caring for seniors is new territory for me professionally, it feels like a natural fit. I am an empathetic, kind, and patient person who genuinely enjoys helping others. As a National Certified Counselor and former Early On service coordinator/case manager, I've had the privilege of supporting individuals and families by listening, advocating, and connecting them with the resources they need. As a stay-at-home mom to my infant son, I am looking for a flexible position that allows me to bring him with me while continuing to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. I value work that allows me to build genuine relationships, provide compassionate support, and use my background in counseling, case management, and connecting people with resources.
