About Vandella

As a mother, National Certified Counselor (NCC), and licensed school counselor, I provide nurturing, individualized in-home childcare in a safe and engaging environment. My background in child development, attachment, social-emotional learning, and developmental milestones allows me to support each child's unique growth and recognize potential developmental concerns early. Through responsive caregiving, consistent routines, and age-appropriate activities, I help children build confidence, independence, and a love of learning while giving parents peace of mind that their child is receiving attentive, high-quality care. I am looking for a position that allows me to care for my own infant while providing nurturing care for another family's child. This allows me to continue doing meaningful work while being present during my child's early years. I enjoy baking, practicing yoga, and spending time with family and friends. I am also a certified yoga instructor.
