I'm CPR and first aid trained, with certificates in gerontology and end of life Doula support. I'm a great listener who enjoys building genuine connections, and communicating in whatever way works best for you. At 56. I bring the perspective of a young-old adult along with experience supporting both active seniors and those at end of life.
