About Valerie

I am a compassionate, ethical, patient, and dependable childcare provider with 5 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), working with autistic children in both in-home and school settings. I currently work at different schools as an instructional aide, supporting students academically, behaviorally, and emotionally. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology and am currently pursuing my Master's in Social Work while completing an internship as a counseling intern at an elementary/middle school. I believe all children deserve empathy and to feel seen, supported, and understood. I'd describe my personality as caring, detailed orientated, and empathetic. I like working with kids because it brings me joy and fulfillment.
