About Valerie

Hi, my name is Val. I have over 30 years of experience and a lifetime of caring, giving and doing for others. I can also help with Transportation Services and Meal Preparation. I have managed a 5 member household and helped my mother from a very young age. I have raised 3 independent, talented kids. I am a very compassionate, engaging and loving person who enjoys listening to the wisdom of others; their life lessons and journey. Our generation could learn a thing or 2 from listening. Personally I'm a very creative, self motivated, free thinker who has common sense, is hand on and who treats people with dignity and respect. I'm told I'm a pretty good cook, great organizer, a good listener and awesome gardener. I respect all people and our planet. Can't wait to meet you.
