About Valerie

Bringing joy and nurturing care to children is my passion. I am an energetic, reliable and fun caregiver with many years of experience in working with children as a Brownie and Girl Scout leader, as a coach, team parent, Head Start reading mentor, PTA President and National Charity League leader, I put my college education and experience to use to help your family by caring for your kids as I would my own. I enjoy playing board games, doing creative projects and educational games that promote learning. I am creative, friendly, and very comfortable enforcing household rules. I provide verbal updates at pickup. I am comfortable with all ages of children. I can help with cooking and meal preparation and swimming supervision. I am also trained in First Aid. I would love to bring my energy and experience to your family as a babysitter.
