About Valerie

I'm a 56-year-old mother of four, grown children and have 13 grandchildren. NON SMOKER and love pets! I recently became an "empty nester" and love kids! I would like to be able to stay locally and help families who need to work and go on much needed dates! I drove a school bus for 17 years (5 years with special needs), a former Reserve Police Officer of 5 years, Foster Parent (11 years) and Exchange Student Parent and Volleyball Coach. My hobbies include walking, running, bike riding, volleyball and softball. I love to watch about any sport and being outdoors! I also like sitting down with kids drawing, teaching numbers, learning art, doing puzzles, playing games and making kids have fun! I don't mind preparing meals and helping with laundry services. I have a dependable vehicle to take kids to sport activities, camps, library, to the beach or an occasional ice cream treat. I'm available Monday through Fridays from 4:00am-10:00 p.m. I do have references from my previous Nanny jobs.
