About Valerie

Hi! My name is Valerie, and I'm a 20-year-old junior at in college majoring in Biology on the pre-med track. I'm currently home for winter break until January 19th and am looking for a part-time position during this time. I live in Newark, Delaware. As the oldest of three children, I've taken on a caregiving and leadership role from a young age, helping care for my younger siblings. I'm responsible, patient, and attentive, and I value creating a safe, supportive, and fun environment for children. Through my leadership experiences in college, I've developed strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. In addition to childcare, I'm also able to tutor in math, English, and science, and enjoy supporting children both academically and personally. I'm dependable, caring, and adaptable to each child's needs, and I would love the opportunity to support your family.
