Valerie worked with our family for 3 years as a nanny and household manager. Her sweet daughter came with her on occasion as well, and also helped care for our children and pets. Our son bonded to Valerie immediately, which we were very surprised, because he barely even let grandma hold him. Valerie took our son on many adventures, set up crafts and learning games, incorporated lots of music and dance, taught him to read at age 3, and kept our stress levels low, since we always knew he was safe in her care. We welcomed a newborn, and Valerie instinctively knew what she needed as well, making the transition more easy on the whole family. I'm sure she will be a great asset to any family.
