About Valerie
Greetings! I am a crafty and energetic young woman that has all the patience and understanding that any child could need. First, I grew up with 6 siblings ranging in ages and personalities. I was the nurturing older sister always coming up with ways to entertain and remedy. Derek, one of my brothers has down syndrome and I have spent my school years and some early adult life caring for children with special needs (and their siblings). After my time caring for others and moving to Connecticut, I decided to become a banker (I know very different, but fun!) Although rewarding and financially fulfilling, banking has little personality. This lead me back to my passions. Family. I don't have one of my own at the moment, so here I am to help!
