Hey! My name is Valerie and I am a patient, creative and friendly caregiver who genuinely enjoys working with children. I strive to make a positive impact in children's lives by providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. I believe in having fun while also supporting learning and development. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules and will always follow the parents lead when it comes to structure and expectations. Open communication is important to me so I'm happy to communicate in whatever way works best for the family. I choose to become a caregiver not only because I love working with kids, but it's because I want to be a reliable support for families. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your children, and I bring both heart and professionalism into the role.
